HIGH STRENGTH Beneficial Lactic Acid bacteria are required to maintain a favourable balance between the beneficial and the pathogenic bacteria for a healthy and regular digestive system. Recommended for people on antibiotics, those who want to ensure favourable gut flora balance, people travelling overseas, the elderly and those on sugar/yeast free diets. (The combined destrose and sucrose in these capsules is equivalent to 1/50th of a teaspoon - less than 1/2 calorie).

2 capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening, with a glass of milk or water, or with a meal. Do not swallow capsules with hot drinks - heat kills bacteria. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic medication
